Netflix’s Mismatched is an adaptation of Sandhya Menon’s 2017 young adult novel titled When Dimple Met Rishi. The rom-com opens during a three-month app and coding course. Although Menon’s book is set in the USA, Mismatched is based in Jaipur.
Permanent Roommates (2014)

This one is my absolute favorite. Mikesh and Tanya are the titular permanent roommates in this rom-com web series who decide to move in together after three years of long-distance dating.
Little Things (2016)

A cohabitating couple in their 20s navigates the ups and downs of work, modern-day relationships and finding themselves in modern Mumbai. A part of life series, Dhruv Sehgal and Mithila Palkar play the young couple who are going through life one day at a time.
Cheesecake (2019)

A millennial couple saves a cute dog and names him Cheesecake who doesn’t just improve their lives but also saves their marriage.
Karrle Tu Bhi Mohabbat (2017)

An improving alcoholic tries to woo his pretty counsellor by flaunting his superstardom and cliched moves. Their lives are never the same after they attend his estranged daughter’s wedding. One of TV’s most famous couples, Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar came together in this web series.
